ADDA SOLID PVC DOOR

Solid PVC door set made of EXTRUDED PROFILE with wall thickness 5mm. The Frame shall be made of profile of size 55 x 65mm. The Door’s rails & stiles shall be made of PVC PROFILE 35mm x 80mm, which shall make the door shutter as 35mm thick. All the profiles shall have taper edges for structural stability and elegant look. The inner panel shall be of 5mm ivory colored PVC Grade or uPVC (Nail Impression resistant) Grade sheet. Necessary lock rail made of 85mm wide PVC taper extruded Strip will be pasted using PVC solvent cement adhesive on middle of inner panel on both side of the door.

The corners shall be mitered cut with 45° and joined with solid PVC long brackets on all corners (2 in frame & 4 in Door). The two verticals of the frame and all stiles & rails of the doors are to be reinforced with 19mm X 19mm M.S. Square tube of 19 gauges. All the MS Tubes shall be filled with wood to enhance the screw holding capacity. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 80mm long Screw through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 3nos screws to be provided for each vertical member of the frames.
